Frequently asked questions
The short version of most answers: message us on WhatsApp and Bankz will sort it. The longer versions are below.
Booking
How do I book a tour?
WhatsApp 876-335-2649 with your dates, group size and what you want to do — or use the trip planner, which writes the message for you. Bankz confirms availability and your rate personally.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your dates — peak season and cruise-day mornings fill first. Short-notice messages are still worth sending; if there's a way to fit you in, Bankz finds it.
How much do tours cost?
Rates depend on the tour, your group size and your pickup point, so we quote each trip individually on WhatsApp — up front, before you commit to anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash App, PayPal, Venmo and Visa. Payment details are confirmed with your booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Plans change — we get it. Message us as early as you can and we'll work it out; ask when booking for the current policy on your specific tour.
Pickup & getting around
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes — pickup and drop-off at hotels, villas and guesthouses around Ocho Rios and Montego Bay is part of every tour. Staying somewhere else on the island? Message us — we arrange island-wide pickups and days too.
Do you pick up from cruise ships?
Yes. We collect from the pier, plan the day around your all-aboard time, and build in buffer so you're never sweating the clock.
Do you do airport transfers?
It's one of our specialties — premium private pickup at Sangster International (MBJ) with flight tracking, plus chauffeur service by the day. See airport transfers.
On tour
Are your tours private?
Most are — your group only, in your own vehicle, at any size. Boat cruises and some watersports run as shared small groups; want the whole boat? Ask about a private charter.
Do you take big groups?
Yes — no group is too big. Family reunions, wedding parties, birthday crews, church trips, corporate outings: Bankz lines up the right vehicles and boats for any headcount. Send your numbers on WhatsApp and consider it handled.
Are tours suitable for children?
Plenty are — Dunn's River, glass bottom boats and beach days especially. Tell us ages when you book and we'll be straight with you about what fits and what to skip.
What happens if it rains?
Caribbean rain is usually a passing visitor. We watch the weather, shuffle the order of stops when needed, and talk to you about rescheduling if a day really turns.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towel, water shoes for the falls, sunscreen, a waterproof phone pouch and a little cash for snacks and tips. Each tour page has a specific list.
Is it true you get a free Red Stripe?
Cold Red Stripe and bottled water in the cooler on every trip. It's tradition. Want more? Ask about the VIP package.
